Wonderful experience with City Kia. We purchased Kia Sorrento GT line. All the staff are really helpful. Did a walk in after making a general inquiry, the sales person Jayden made the things so easy and smooth decided to go with purchase. I had a very pleasant experince with Dylan, who helped me with choosing my cute little Kia Stonic Sport. Dylan was approachable, friendly and was available when I had any questions. In addition to helping me with picking my car, he took the time to explain all the offerings Kia have eg the 7 year warranty, capped service, complimentary service etc etc...
Carl was also very patient, helpful and available to answer any questions I have. I also had a good chat, very pleasant.

My Kia Sportage just arrived and all that I have to say is a huge thanks to Sebastian Pantoja and City Kia for such an amazing job! Sebastian kept me updated all the time in regards to my purchase and waiting times. He answer all my emails and calls if I had any questions, could not have a better person to deal with in my purchase. I had trouble with the payment because the money could not be transfer from my account and Sebastian was very patient and helpful with this issue I had. Got the Kia Carnival 2023 few days ago and everything went smooth from transaction to delivery. Jai has been extremely helpful and patient with us that we never felt rushed or forced on a deal (This is the main reason we opted to buy the car from City Kia). I have made a few queries with other dealership and had terrible experience before i found City Kia. If you are reading this comment and is looking for a new car for yourself, family or friends then this is one of the best dealership to go to in Victoria. I would highly recommend anyone to talk/approach Jai when your looking for a new car for his knowledge, professionalism and approachability making him one of those rare salesman that put your interests first before theirs.
